Hi all! This Avocado, Kalamata, Onion Salad with Dill Ranch Dressing is perfect for meal prepping, which is something that has been saving me a lot of time in the mornings. I have fallen in love with the conveniency of grabbing already made meals which I just grab and go with during those busy week day mornings. During the weekend I do most of my meal prepping and in takes me 20 minutes or less to prep this salad for the week. This Avocado, Kalamata, Onion Salad with Dill Ranch Dressing is refreshing, delicious, satisfying and full of healthy fats and proteins. Then toss with the dressing as follows. To prepare the dressing combine the coconut milk, water, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and dill in a mason jar. With a lid on the mason jar shake until well combined.
NOTE: The thickness of the dressing is up to you. Add more or less water depending upon your preferences. If adjusting the water amount, make sure to adjust the amount of seasonings added. What I have provided is a rough estimate.
