These Baked Spinach Chips are light, crunchy, and addicting! Just be careful when handling after baking the spinach as they tend to become brittle. Try with other types of leaves such as beet tops or even kale (click here for a kale recipe I found), which have become quite popular. Who knows, collard greens might even work!
If baking at 400F for 5-7 minutes doesn't work try baking at 325 for 8 minutes or so.
