Cinnamon Spice Pumpkin Butter

Cinnamon Spice Pumpkin Butter

This Cinnamon Spice Pumpkin Butter is a whole lot of spice and a whole lot of nice! When I made this recipe I went a little too heavy on the spices…yikes! So, I scaled down the spices a bit for you, but if you want to feel free to add in more. This butter would be great on bagels, toast, pancakes and in caramel rolls. Which reminds me…stay tuned for a future post on pumpkin caramel rolls. This is just one more of the many recipes to add to my collection of pumpkin recipes. If you cannot tell already, you probably have noticed that I like chocolate and coconut. More than that, I like pumpkin and it has turned into quite the obsession (I have it every morning for breakfast)-call me weird, but I don’t care, it is delicious! So that means you will probably see lots of pumpkin recipes along with chocolate and caramel of course!
