This Easy Baked Salmon gives moist results every time. Choose seasonings to fit your own personal tastes and preferences. I like to cook a whole bunch of salmon up at the beginning of the week and then eat if for lunch in a salad (see this link for my Salmon and Sweet Potato Salad with Avocado Dressing recipe). The reason I share this Moist Baked Salmon recipe is because many times I would over cook my salmon without having a set time and temperature, which resulted in dried out salmon. This recipe is simple, but many times simple is best.
Prepare salmon fillets and place in a glass baking dish in a single layer if possible. You can also place on top of parchment paper on a rimmed baking sheet. If the fillets overlap, make sure to season the fillets on the bottom.
If desired the salmon fillets can be marinated for 1 to 3 hours before cooking.
