You don’t need fancy equipment to make this easy milk foam to top a morning cup of coffee, tea, or other personalized creations. All you need is a small mason or jam jar with a lid (and the ingredients of course!). It is as easy as one, two three! Put the ingredients in a mason jar, screw the lid tightly on, shake, microwave, and spoon on its destination. Below you find two variations of this recipe. If you use the second variation that uses egg whites heat the milk first otherwise you will get a big gloopy eggy mess in your jar. If your eggs have been pasteurized you may not even have to heat it altogether. It is really up to you and your preferences. All that heating does is to stabilize the foam you created. Enjoy this easy milk foam recipe as part of your daily coffee or tea routine!
Use variation 2 only if your egg whites have been pasteurized or come from a safe source
