I made this One Pan Quinoa Chicken with Lemon and Cilantro for my dad and brother when then came to visit and it was a big hit. This recipe can also be made with rice instead of quinoa if you have rice on hand or if you prefer rice. This is definately something I will be making again and again. Simple and great tasting with minimal cleanup…just the way I like it. Enjoy and I hope this dish become a favorite.
